I need some help with the dual bolus for the medtronic pump (for other pumps I think is called extended bolus). I don´t use it yet but I think I should. Everytime I eat pizza, ice cream or any dessert my BS after two hours is perfectly normal (less than 140), but after some more time it goes up or simply does not come down. For which foods do you use the dual bolus for? With what percentage and time?
