I need some ideas from our wonderful Treasure Hunters. We get lots of items that just dont fit what we usually put on our Shop or we just dont have the room for. These could be anything from mismatched plates, glasses, bowls, cooking pots that are a bit scuffed, lamps with no shades, mesh laundry bags etc. All perfectly good and usable items but we just dont have the room for all these items on our shelves. So this is where I need some help. Would you like us to have bins with these items for you to look thru and they would be .50-$1 each. Another idea is we could put all misc. items like this into boxes and each box would be maybe $3-$5 for the whole box full. Another idea Ive seen done at other Shops - paper bags sealed up, pick a bag for $1-$3 take a chance whats inside. Or would you not bother and think we should just find a good place to donate these items? If you think we should donate them, Id love some suggestions of local small organizations, churches, schools that might like items for their own use or for garage sales etc. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated - I hate to throw things away because I believe there is a new home for EVERYTHING, but we are so limited on space I cant keep everything here.
