I need someone to explain to me this to …why does the Governor and his team need to be watched in the first place?, we have the relevant bodies like the Controller of budget, National Treasury,Couty Treasury and Constitutional Commissions which are responsible to safe guard and ensuring due diligence in the management of the county resources..This shows that there is no transparency within the county governance and high level of corruption taking place….who will be paying the so called COUNTY SHADOW GOVERNMENT..what is their role? At first I respected Jedidah Wanyeki and Macharia Mukua but they are just Moles…We have been soo quite but watching …These is a confused county government in this 21st century and the governor have muted the soo called voice of people with mere enticement …I AM REALLY PISSED OFF,DISSAPPOINTED,FRUSTRATED AND EMBARRASSED BY MY OWN COUNTY GOVERNMENT.
