I need someones help. I am going threw a divorce. I moved out of state. Hundreds of miles away. Custody.. We have one child. My husband is a chronic liar. He will lie about how much balls he caught in a soft ball game. During our short 5 year marriage. He stole from my father and got caught he got two years probation. He stole from my son, ALOT, his parents, grandparents, sister, he is now on 3 years supervised probation. When we separated he first told my son (not biologically his) how would you feel if i left your mom... my 6 year old son! He sent my daughters to his moms and didnt plan on giving her back until i told her if my daughter was not home by 6 am the cops will be involved and i will not give up until my daughter is in my arms she brought her home. he took my car , my driver licences, all my money. I took my two babies and walked about 2 hours with my kids in 90 degree weather to my job where they had to sit there for 9 hours. while i worked at a hotel at night. I was lucky a co worker went out of her way to pick us up and bring us home. on top of that walking to work he drove by repeatedly not once offering a ride, I moved far away its been year starting over. we are going threw custody and im terrified he abused son with pulling his pants down to spank to spank him so hard to leave a hand print to kick him. to steal from him and lie about it .. I made the mistake by being blind for 5 stupid years how can i send her? i was approved for tempoary restraining order i got scared and dropped it because my state appointed lawyer told me i had no case. im all for kids having both parents but i dont know what to do and crying just writing this please help me.
