I need to share this: Yesterday, Andrew and i went to wolfies for crawfish. we were all alone on the outside patio, when a tall athletic guy sat down next to us with his two kids- aka ADRIAN PETERSON!!!!!!! He engaged in conversation with us and we ate and talked for over an hour. What a genuine, down to earth person he is. So kind and funny! What angered me was every two seconds someone would walk by and stare at him or rudely ask him for a picture or autograph while he was trying to eat with his family. they are people just like you and i, they deserve some peace every once in a while, and there is a time and place for autographs, NOT at dinner. We would have totally left him in silence, had he not initiated the conversation with us first. When we went to leave, he smiled, said goodbye and gave us a genuine look of gratitude for having a conversation as one human to another, instead of drilling him with exhausting questions about the NFL and how amazing it must be to be famous. It was a unique experience, and i have become an even bigger fan of his, knowing he just wants to be like everyone else, and is such a nice person.
