I need to start this morning with an apology :( I have been using Hermes to post out your items (on the recommendation of a friend), and it appears they are taking a ridiculous amount of time to arrive :( I post out either the same day or the next day and everyones parcels of retroness are in Progress according to the website, but I had no idea that it would take so long for them to reach you x I know that lots of you have already received your parcels, but others have been waiting far too long..... I was hoping that using Hermes would be better as it keeps the postage costs reasonable, but it seems that the reduced postage prices come at a cost.....
