I need to vent so be ready.......... Freakin Dallas County people!!!! I had a trial today for an accident that happened on April 28, 2012. They had scheduled and rescheduled my trial date sooo many times. Well late last year we were set for trial. My attorney called me when they were ready to take my case. I get there and the plaintiff was not there. Her attorney notified the court just then that his client had moved and would not be present. This did not go well with the judge and held them in contempt of court. I got $300 out of that. Well, today we had our case. It was a case of me hitting this lady from pulling out from a gas station pump. I hit her within less than 5 yards from where I was putting gas. My left front corner bumper is what i hit her with. Well, this woman told the jury i t-boned her. Funny how that the pictures that my insurance company took doesnt show any damages to my car. If I was going 50mph and had t-boned her, why didnt this stupid lady take her 4 year old son to the doctor? I would have taken him first before I went to the doctor. I forgot to mention that she never mentioned how fast I was going during the time the insurance company took her statement. It was when she went to the doctor 10 days later and told them that I was going 50mph. I was actually going 1 to 2 mph. Really, damn I must have just put my car into drive and floored my car for less than 5 yards to go 50mph. She also stated that I hit her on the front side of the passenger door. That would be true until they asked her if my vehicle had hit the back side by her gas tank since there was damage there. This woman could not even explain her side of the story and just would say it happened the way her attorney said. She stuttered the whole entire time and could not even give specific answers and when she did, it didnt match what she had previously said. At first when they questioned her she said that it was only her neck and back that was hurting her but by August, she said it was her head, neck, back and legs. She was filing for her medical bills to be paid and time and suffering. This is what pisses me off. Yes I did hit her but with the proof that shows I could not have t-boned her at 50mph and all the lies on her medical bills and it was obvious she was lying, the jury still granted her that her bills be paid and for pain and suffering they granted her 2700.00. THAT IS BULLSHIT IF I EVER SAW IT!!! I cannot believe they gave her that for all the lies she told. Leave it to these stupid people. I hope her attorney fees are high and she barely gets shit after all this. Karma is gonna get you lady and I hope it gets you good!!!! Now she can go get her other gold tooth so her teeth can match!!!!😡😡👊👊👊😡😡
