I never do this but I have been driven to the point of insanity! Lowes of Canton is officially the worst company I have ever experienced. We bought a washer on Monday with it scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, it was never delivered and took us calling 4 times for them to tell us it was forgotten at the warehouse. Then after being delivered 2 days later it is broken. After again we call they send out a repair guy who says he cant fix it. Awesome. So they send another guy who says he also can not fix it. So we decide to return it for a refund. It was scheduled to be picked up today from 10-12 and when no one showed up we called and were told the driver should be there by 2. No curtesy call or anything! So I call lowes to speak with the manager only to be transferred 6 times, finally get the manager Chris who then hangs up on me. This is just a friendly warning to anyone who shops at lowes.
