I never knew that when I first heard this song 2 years ago that it would affect me so greatly, even now. Timing in our lives is EVERYTHING. But sometimes we get so STUCK on timing that we just STAY. Everyone thinks Oh Ill have kids when the TIME is right or When the TIME is right, Ill try to find a better job. 4 months ago I took a HUGE leap of faith and decided to walk away from a 5 figure monthly income to be full time with Younique. I was scared to death, worried about $$, pregnant with baby #6 and literally woke up the next day just PRAYING that I had made the right decision. But in my heart I KNEW. I knew the timing was right, and that the feeling in my heart when I met the founders Derek and Melanie was all I needed to go by. I knew that praying was not enough. That planning.... was not enough. I knew that it was going to take HARD WORK. Elbow grease, sleepless nights, a messy house and not a lot of nights out.... I took ACTION and I put in BOTH FEET. In that timeframe my team has grown by almost 2 THOUSAND people. My life is not even that different as far as income (It is more, in just 4 months, than it was in 3 years in my previous business) but that doesnt even MATTER. Its everything ELSE that has changed that makes my heart full every day and makes me SO THANKFUL that I followed my heart. Thankful that I didnt WAIT ANOTHER SECOND. The women on my team whos lives are changing. From affording diapers to new cars. Single moms letting go of welfare, stay at home moms helping with the bills. It is so surreal. Dont wait on the right time to fly by you. The right time - is NOW. Dont just plan. MOVE! Dont just pray. DO! The first step is the HARDEST.... But you gotta take it.
