I never planned to write this. And I dont know exactly whom this is for. But if this describes your situation, there is hope for you. You are a Christian. And he had just walked out on you. And youre utterly depressed. And youre bitter. And youre so sure in your heart that Gods put him in your life to stay. Now, I have a problem with that. You might not like me anymore. But this craving for negative attention is no attention at all. Hypothetically, and fine, God couldve put this man in your life to stay. But to stay where? And exactly for how long? But, seriously! What if God didnt put this man in your life? What if he was an assignment to get you off track from your destiny? This message is lengthy simple for a reason. You cannot override somebody elses will to satisfy yours. If someone walked out of your life, theyre probably not getting what they want. This could be bad. What if its for your good? Fasting and praying are great, but in this case, a complete waste of your energy and time. If you must fast and pray, if you really care, do it for nobody else. Do it for you, so that you can get clarity from God, and so that you can properly distinguish His voice, and so that you can be flexible under His lead. I respect your choice. But if you favor to continue living under this depression, then you should at least be aware that you are living beneath your privilege, a ransomed child of God. Sincerely, in your heart, and you know this relationship was all wrong. But you thought you could straighten him out. Your friends, your age, a few... Listen! Putting your will on somebody else is witchcraft. And using God as bait, the Bible is clear, that wont happen. Cast the whole of your care -- thats emotional, thats physical, thats spiritual, thats everything -- cast them all on Jesus. He cares about you. And Hes working on your man.
