I never thought I would say this but Im going to miss cold showers with no water pressure, dirty feet, eating rice everyday, being busy almost every second of the day, bus rides making me motion sick and headaches from breathing diesel fuel, not having wifi, not being able to watch tv, dirty clothes, the smell of Ecuador, crying, heartbreak, not sleeping with a fan, having to buy toilet paper when using public restrooms, hearing rain hit the roof as Im trying to fall asleep, dirt roads, not being able to flush toilet paper, hardly being able to interact with Spanish speakers, bug bites, only having one mirror among 4 other girls, living out of my suitcase, coffee with no creamer, and so much more. I cant thank the people enough who made this happen for me. It was the best experience of my life. Not only did I grow in Christ but I built so many friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.
