I never thought Id endorse such a product like this, but Nutrisystem works. Im down 10lbs in 2 weeks (10 days of Nutrisystem meals, 4 days of regular meals). No hunger, ever. Took a small adjustment to my insulin, and I mean tiny, and not only have my blood sugar readings remained perfectly in range, but Ive lost 10lbs! The food, bland, boring, but consistent. Add seasoning, and its all fine for the purpose intended. Never the same meal twice over the 5 days included in the 5 day kit. I will add that the second week I used the kit for Type 2 diabetics, assuming it would be less carbohydrates per meal. It isnt. As far as that goes, same-o same-o, many of the meals are even the same as the regular kit, so pick the kit you like the choices in best if youre purchasing.
