I never thought that the tellers from Metrobank branch near BF Las - TopicsExpress



          

I never thought that the tellers from Metrobank branch near BF Las Piñas was very un-accomodating to their clients. Yesterday I tried encashing my cheque, and since the Metrobank Gatchalian branch near our place was offline, they referred us to the BF branch. I was so glad because they were the only branch that was not offline, but to my disappointment the teller from window 4 (was that called window or line? whatever) anyway, they took one look at my cheque and then told me that I have to encash it where my cheque was issued, which is at Quezon City. So, she (the teller) meant for me to go all the way to Quezon City just to encash my cheque when she could simply fax my info at their Metrobank Quezon City branch like what the Gatchalian branch did everytime I encashed my cheques to them. Besides, being un-accomodating, they were a lazy bunch who didnt do everything they could to make my banking experience to their branch easier. They made me feel unwelcome and they kept on pushing me to go and encash my cheque to other branch of their bank, which was offline at the moment. Were they choosing certain clients to be serve at their branch or were they just too lazy to pick their ass up from their seats to even pretend to accomodate my request? I hope the manager from Metrobank BF branch would require their tellers to be more helpful and accomodating next time, because I seriously found it lacking. -_- Thankfully, i encashed my cheque earlier today at the Gatchalian branch. The teller was much more friendly and accomodating there. They really know the meaning of customer service. I guess not because youre going to the same bank meant they have the same types of tellers.
