I never understand why some folks complain about being clueless as to how to cook. The fun part is the experience itself. You cook the first time, you fail, you try again. You can only become better, me thinks. I find cooking therapeutic .. By the way this is my first time cooking this pork shoulder medallion with bitter gourd & black bean chili sauce. Not bad .. just wished I had rice!! * reminder ~ to buy rice later
