I no I am a little late on the whole New Years deal but I have started writing than would erase. Last year was not easy made some very difficult decisions and ended the year sick which hurt me in school a little. But thinking over the whole year I have realized how truly blessed I am and I have a whole lot more than I could ever ask for. The good lord defintaly knew what he was doing when he choose me to be the mother of my two wonderful children. As some of you may no raising children on your own is no where easy but the good lord blessed me with two of the most awesome children anyone could ask for. My son is a very hard worker and is the first to lend a helping hand when needed and one of the MANY highlights of 2014 for him he gave his life to Jesus Christ. My daughter has stayed on the straight A honor roll and is working everyday to fulfill her dream of getting a scholarship playing basketball. I work crazy hours and while I worry about them I do not have to worry about them getting into trouble or doing what they are not supposed to be doing. I have a wonderful family a roof over our heads a job and also have The Lord. So those difficult desicions and all the other little hurdles that I had to face in 2014 is really nothing compared to how blessed I really am. So 2015 bring on the hurdles cause once again I will jump them and will always remember that I truly am blessed and think of all the positives I do have. Colten Jackson Taylor Jackson
