I normally dont vent on Facebook but I felt I needed to say something. These views are mine, which the First Amendment gives me my right to. If you dont like what I have to say, stop reading. I sacrificed 21 years for my country defending the American Constitution, so I feel I have a right to view my opinions, just like those of you who have never served, that I sacrificed to uphold the Constitution in your place. It is a shame veterans are experiencing the issues they are. My heart goes out to each and everyone of my fellow veterans. First, Thank you for your service! Second, I am sorry that our elected and appointed officials are slow to take responsibility and do not want to take responsibility for these issues. There are issues with the Veterans Administration, Shinseki fires people, then resigns himself, for which I applaud him. Obama nominated him, so wouldnt it make sense that it is the responsibility of the Commander in Chief should take action likewise and resign himself? I remember when Hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana and people were screaming bloody murder that it was President Bushs fault. It was an act of nature. So why do we not hear anyone screaming bloody murder that all the issues with the Veterans Administration is Obamas fault? I have a one word answer. HYPOCRITES! I live in a society of hypocrites. cnn/2014/05/30/politics/va-hospitals-shinseki/index.html?hpt=hp_t1
