I normally put up quotes but just felt compelled to write this...(befor I start just want to say Ive not taking anything or on a pub crawl lol) I just put down my comb and scissors after finnishing my last of my wonderful clients of the day.. ....I was finding the last couple of days very hard and today from our conversations and listeng to my clients storeys and talking about their passions it helped me to see things, Mark being taking from us has changed our lifes forever..... we really never know what is going to happen, we worry about things that may never happen, worry about what we said, if we hurt someone, if we forgot to call someone back, we can wish our lifes away on what ifs, waste time on waiting fir the rights things waiting to be truely happy, trying to be perfect...we can become selfish in them thoughts and forget and see what you actually have, who likes or wants to spend time with you or how much you have achieved. . Well I just want to thank all the amazing people in my life, my family my friends....the kindness everyone has shown us, the respect everyone showed to mark was evident in the volume that turned out to his final farwell ..., Well this got me thinking I want a little piece of marks way, How happy mark was in everything hed did and his passions and how simply he looks at things! So I want to THANK esp my friends abd family who have patience of a saint with me as I can be sunburn! You are all so kind and gentle with me and my dreams and somtines see better than me what Ive done or can achieve, or have let me make mistakes and figiving me for hurts....I just want to say in all this I see how lucky I am to have you all and im lucky I LOVE what I do...I get to meet fabulous people every day abd some times I pick them up and secretly alot of the time you all keep my spirits up too So thank you all and from this recent experience Im going to try be more Mindful and try live more in the now as this is all we really have....big hug and xxxxx fi
