I normally try my absolute best to refrain from being confrontational, to take the high road in accepting inner peace if anything, but I cant believe this guy had the audacity and utter nerve to insinuate that Im heading absolutely nowhere in life, simply because I made a personal decision to take a semester off from pursuing my education. I understand that past experiences, and even future ambitions, are no guarantee of success down the road, but for your information, my SAT accumulative score can grant me acceptance, as well as automatic admissions status, to almost any public university of my choosing. Can you honestly say the same for yourself and your astounding list of remedial courses and unanswered opportunities? Having a long list of personal accomplishments means nothing to me in the face of humility. There comes a time when every person must choose his or her own path in life, and some just so happen to choose a more ambitious and fulfilling one than others, so how I choose to devote my life is left up to my own free will. I wasnt placed on this world to impress any other being I encounter in life.
