I notice it more often in the marketing space, where every hiring managers job description seems to indicate a need for a Purple Squirrel. You know, those people who can work on a Ferrari, perform brain surgery, have expert all-round skills, 22 years of social media experience, 52 years of mobile application development experience, 72 years of Android development experience, 105 year of Big Data, have managed a $200 billion P&L, and can fly a fighter jet. They simply dont exist...much like the Purple Squirrel! Wait...thats all from my resume...sorry
