I noticed in your work place and industry one must make themselves indispensable to wherever they are. One must deliver more value to the market place then ever before. The age of job security is gone. I even seen close friends of mine being terminated in my company for trumped up garbage. My good friend Jason Domingo master distributor making 3 million residual a year got terminated recently. My friend Kia Lo master distributor getting canned no real real reason. So again even in the world of direct sales we must remember that to be a true leader build your leadership, mindset , build your team up, look after them by being a servant leader. To have real longevity I urge all my leaders and people I coach to brand themselves. People join people not companies. Let the world know who you are like Pepsi Cola look how they brand themselves look at yourself like a big corporation. Another good example is Tiger Woods. To build am empire must have vision and leadership. Also people must know you who you are not what company or what products your pushing. °*° Mo ☆ Kumarsi
