READ LAWS concerning your case. 4. Compose DEMAND LETTER, samples can be found at step1. (Make your demand letter on chronology style, have it notarized if possible) print it and send to PFI mandaluyong. Also send email to PFI. (email addresses can be found at step1) 5. After sending DEMAND LETTER to PFI they will ask you to come back after 2-3 weeks. its their delaying tactic. Their response will be denied.. blah blah blah.. 6. If they respond via email print it ang go to PFI. have it counter signed by Supervisors, catherine javier, etc.. (Not low ranking office staffs). This will be your new evidence to your case. 7. Complete the IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS NEEDED: (below) , if they hesitate ask them to write their reasons and ask to counter signed it. THis will become your evidence for your case. - If they did not gave you contract to Sell do not ask for it. No contract to Sell is another case evidence with them. 8. Pray to God. 9. Once completed submitt the IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS NEEDED to the Group.
