I noticed two manatees in the canal before lunch, but after lunch Otis came in the office worried that a baby manatee had died and was floating along the canal wall. So out we went, binoculars in hand. It seems though, that two manatees were roiling in the water on the "ferris wheel of love" (cue Barry White here) and the third "floater" was a very viable voyeur.
