I now am convinced that our new home address is St. Thomas Hospital. Spent most all day there AGAIN this time with my hubby John Marqueling who had a kidney stone. Its the second one he has experienced but thank God he passed this one (tonight) faster than the first one he had a few years back. Thank you Glen Kuykendall for filling in for me on guitar with Shelly Bush tonight in Manchester, TN. In the past few months, John has been to the hospital twice and had 2 biopsies done on his parotid gland followed by surgery to remove the gland. I had a biopsy done of a tumor on my thyroid; went to the ER when I burned my eyeball with the curling iron; took a trip to the ER last saturday for my little heart related spell followed by a 2 day stay on Monday and Tuesday for a heart catheterization. Now today, John spends the day back there again with a kidney stone. So glad they are there when we need them but believe me, I sure hope we are done with hospitals for a long time!
