I officially quit! It just happened again!! Customer comes in and again says he is with PagePlus saying he wants the $40 payment. I said page plus does not have $40 payments, he says yes they do, I say no they dont its $39.95 with PagePlus and you are probably with Virgin Mobile, he says no, I say yes you are! I check and he is actually with Virgin Mobile then he doesnt even know his phone number... so he gives me the wrong phone number and after trying to put it thru 5 times with him adamantly saying that is the phone number I check the phone and its a completely different number... we must be having a full moon tonight because today these people are just wow!!!
