I often coach and mentor people who have a fear of asking for the sale. The underlying cause is usually fear of rejection, which can be deeply ingrained. If you find yourself in that spot, heres something to consider: You have a very powerful message and set of skills to share with the world, and without financial resources its very difficult to propagate that message. So, which of your fears is more powerful: The fear of rejection or the fear that you wont be able to share your gifts with the world? The world needs your gifts. Ask for the sale so that you have the financial resources to continue adding value.
