I often find that as i log into facebook i have many messages from chat where people think i am still online and they wish to enquire about our affordable counselling service. I know it is difficult to call but i am happy to talk to you and answer your questions, please dont rely on facebook as a method of enquiry as i dont check it daily. The practise is busy and my internet connection is not always great. At the moment we have two low cost counsellors and also a supervisor and counsellor working from the practise. There are Friday and Saturday appointments available and sessions cost €30 for the affordable counselling and €60 normal fee. We work with both males and females and use an integretive person centred approach. I work with people with all sorts of challenges and issues including bereavement, domestic violence, suicidal thoughts, depression, marriage break up, low self esteem, financial difficulties etc. Many people face different struggles in life and they are each as challenging as the other, what makes the difference is how it effects you and how it changes your life. Usually the first session is a consultation and then we can work together for six plus sessions. Counselling is a place where you are safe and respected to talk about how you really feel and go through issues that you feel are holding you back from your full potential. There is help out there and you dont have to suffer in silence
