I often read other peoples posts about losing their parents and I can relate to all of them. Today marks the 1st yr anniversary of my father passing on and I must say it still seems like yesterday when I last saw him struggling to see us for the last time. The time has went by really fast but the hurt remains the same. I think for myself, one of the hardest things to do is to go through life trying to make others think you are ok when some days thats not the case at all. Many times as Im brushing my teeth and I look into the mirror, I see his reflection looking back at me. I, just like many of you with your love ones,wish I could talk to him one more time, but in reality I know hes in a better place and I can say that because I saw how he was suffering. To sum it up, Daddy I miss you and will always love you. Thank you for believing in us and hopefully you are looking down and youre proud of your sons.
