I ordered an item a week ago from Supercheap Auto and it still hasnt been delivered. I live in the Melbourne CBD so it shouldnt be an issue. I received a call from Fastway Couriers 2 days ago stating that they could not deliver it to my address (though they managed to leave a card in my mailbox), and they could not drop it off at the local post office (less than 1 minute away). Also their depot is closed over the weekend. I replied immediately to the Supercheap online team and have not received a response. I sent off more emails this morning and have still received no response. Fastway have a terrible rating from over 700 reviews on productreview.au/p/fastway.html Supercheap also have a bad rating productreview.au/p/supercheap-auto.html I would advise steering clear of both companies. I even raised my concerns on Supercheaps page and they DELETED MY POST WITHOUT RESPONDING.
