I ordered food directly from the bar at #thetownhouse and didnt - TopicsExpress

I ordered food directly from the bar at #thetownhouse and didnt tip. I usually always tip but he did not make the food and he was being an ass to us as we ordered. I attempted to order a drink from the same bartender immediately after and he told me to order from another bartender because he didnt want to be stiffed again. I am never rude to someone that serves me and even though he was being an ass serving us I did not reciprocate his ass-ness. If he had stopped being an ass I would have given him a tip for the food alongside the tip for the drink. Ive never been to a bar with such a rude employee. Im not saying I should be treated like Im a king or anything, but if a customer is not being an ass to you you should remain polite and offer the service. My job does not make me tips at all, and unless they are about to attack me or spit in my face I am always courteous to anyone that walks in, even if I think that they are being an ass because I want them to come back. You never want a shitty customer returning but was I really being that shitty of a customer because I did not tip you, even though I ordered a cheap appetizer, and thats assuming I was never going to tip you later even though you were rude to my friends and I. The other bartender was very nice and pleasant so I tipped her. And after you refused to serve me I ordered from her again and gave her an even larger tip. Do you see the correlation with decency and tip? Im not coming back in the future if thats what its going to be like. And realize I did not mention his physical appearance because I would have had too much material to work with and it is irrelevant, although it would explain his horrendous sense of basic customer service and indicate a misplacement of anger onto me due to a lagging self esteem and/or a very small penis (considering his obvious weight problem). Still got a good buzz though.
