I originally tried to post this as an experiment with the privacy settings - it didnt work! But I really do love the pic, so I downloaded it and re-uploaded it to the group - hope it works! It gives a lovely depiction of the energy flow and brightness of the energy of meditation, as well as depicting one of my favorite hand mudras. Try it sometime. though it is not the usual two-handed zen mudra, it is a very popular yoga mudra and has a lovely energy with palms uplifted and backs of hands resting on the thighs. (Now Im gonna get **** from the zen teachers around here...) :)
