I packed the kids into the stroller and walked around the block. (anyone in my area understands the magnitude of that statement. Our block is 4.5 miles!) About halfway through, a dog left his yard and followed us home. I felt like Forrest Gump, attracting followers. He didnt really understand the concept of cars, so I spent much of that time holding onto his collar so he wouldnt get hit. I tried to shoo him, but he insisted on following. When we got home, dad loaded him into the back of the truck and took him home. It was nice to have a walking parter, though ;)
