I posted a photo yesterday of a new chocolate/almond cereal. Oddly I had a lapse of judgement and grabbed it, not reading the ingredients only the no high fructose corn syrup tag. On the next aisle over, I picked up something, cookies I think, turned them over to the ingredient list and didnt read a damn thing, it was about 50 words long..and my logic is, if there are more than 5 ingredients, its not natural and shouldnt be considered for human consumption. So I flip the box of cereal around today to find about 8 different artificial colors and something called PBPN in the top of the list...turns out it is a chocolate emulsifier, simply a fatty compound formed by doing laboratory experiments attempting to making chocolate more melty...is that even necessary? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyglycerol_polyricinoleate
