I posted about 3 leg days this week.. In a row... Learn how to prime your body for this type of training... Why be confined in a box that they subscribe? The human body is dynamic and very adaptive to the activities that you put it through... We practice what is called forced adaptation your body will adapt if you are consistent and feeding your body with the proper nutrients and getting the proper rest.... Once again, I call this program my Mona Lisa.... Im not just talking the talk, I post the movements, yall see me putting in the work... I love this and practice what I preach.... So treat yourself to a very dynamic and highly effective training program that has gotten my physique and performance to where it is...
