I posted this in my new coach training group today for the brand new interns. As a new coach, its all very overwhelming, i know my head was spinning for weeks! So I wanted to simplify things. I wanted a training system that worked and helped new coaches get started off right, I didnt want them to have to make all the mistakes I learned, so my Success Partner (LOVE you, SP) and I created Rock the Basics. That was a year ago and we have changed it and adapted it as thats how this business goes. We never stop learning, but the basic principles for success are there. As a new coach coming into my team, you are given the tools for success, and if applied every day, sure enough those choices/ that daily effort compound over time to big time results. The first image is my coach, CJs earnings. CJ was very skeptical about coaching and I am pretty sure we talked about it for almost an entire year before she jumped in. (Sounds just like me!). But, she jumped in and decided to give it her all b/c I told her that was the stepping stone to her success. CJ has completed every single assignment and as a result, can now use her Beachbody income to pay off debt that has been following her and her husband for years (in her 1st 3 weeks as a coach!!). The next two paychecks are from my coach/friend Katie and my girl, Raina after following the same to do list, yep you guessed it: CONSISTENTLY--for a year. There is no secret to success in this business, the secret is applying the tools I am giving you because you know doing those things will create your dreams!
