I posted this on the Galaxy Theater of Atascadero FB page after my experience on Sunday, watching ads telling me to vote against womens reproductive rights and to attend a certain church - please let me know if you have ever had this experience at any theater - talk about captive audience : I attended a show at your theater on Sunday and I feel compelled to comment on the experience. I do not mind trailers for other movies or ads for local businesses before the movie starts, but I do not understand why I am being lobbied to vote a certain way, or asked to attend a certain church. Religion and politics in a theater? I was flabbergasted and offended - why would you do such a thing? I have lots of money to spend and lots of friends to bring - some Jewish, Buddhist and Hindu. I am a Catholic but this is not a place to shove your beliefs down my or anyone elses throats. It was horrible.
