I posted this so that you all can see the great work ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE does. A shelter for abused/neglected/unwanted and homeless animals that I am proud to be involved with. Unfortunately, we do not get to many millions more who need love and care and homes. If animal abuse stopped, and this is something that IS preventable, {just dont abuse them!!!!}, child abuse would drop considerably as would serial killings. Serial killers and child abusers have confessed that before they inflicted the horrific atrocities to humans, they started with animals. Be kind to one another and respect all life. AND ADOPT!!!!! ADOPT!!!!! ADOPT!!!!! MC
