I posted this video because it shows Master Canavans demonstration from a closer angle and in more detail.This is Master Canavan doing some destruction tile breaks.Normally we break boards that are 19mm thick and they are quite hard to break.When I looked at these tiles I a little shocked because they were very thick.To me they looked at least the size of two boards each.Master Canavan does two breaks , the first one is a palm heel strike and the second a stomp kick and he breaks 3 tiles with each strike.Awesome display of strength Master Canavan , thank you.
