I pretty much quit using -and wasting money/time on it- wrapping paper in favor of reusable fabric gift bags that Ive sewn (with my very limited hand-sewing skills) out of discounted Christmas fabric or felt. Saves the hassle of spending hours wrapping each gift when we put multiple gifts in each bag for the kids and other family members. Even managed to start converting my mom, who tends to go overboard at Christmas anyway.Saw pre-made fabric gift bags at Big Lots this year, so maybe the idea will start to catch on and cut down on the enormous waste of paper.
