Welllllllll, I have been reading about worms - meal worms, wax worms, red worms - and I came across an article about crickets - how to roast them. Once roasted, you can feed them to your birds, wild birds, or....add a little salt & chow down!! LOL :) Dip them in chocolate, too. The article says they have a nutty flavor. So, let me know when you are ready to try them & Ill fire up the oven. You have to refrigerate them first to slow their metabolism so they dont hop away when you start arranging them on the cookie sheet. Yeah, Tim would be moving out!!!! LOL Crickets in the fridge?
