I rarely rant on Facebook however...TARGET...you have officially pegged my meter. I call to see if they had received any PS4s and a nice lady picked up and informed me that THEY DID. They received 8 this morning and had 3 left. So I ask, Can I put one on hold, please?. Her answer, Im sorry we cant put new systems on hold. So I hang up the phone. I just tried calling again to make sure they were still in stock and I ask the same question. The reply? Im sorry sir, there are only two PS4s left but they are on HOLD. So I said, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I called this morning and an employee said she couldnt put them on hold!. He said, Im not sure who you talked to, but I am terribly sorry because I know they are hard to get your hands on right now. I said, What in the world can I do to make sure this doesnt happen again?. He said, Well Im the manager, so ask for me or another manager and im extremely sorry about this inconvenience. I will inform all employees that we are putting them on hold for people now. So all in all, I have one question...WHY IN THE WORLD DOES THE UNIVERSE NOT WANT ME TO GET A PS4?
