I read scientific articles on a daily basis, and recently stumbled upon a body of evidence that indicates endurance running is NOT good for health. A marathon or two (in a lifetime) is probably ok, but NOT on a regular basis. Thats one reason why Ive scaled down my personal endurance running ambitions. The facts are SCARY to me (as a qualified medical specialist).
