I read this week that sugar is 8 times as addictive as cocaine. Sugar is definitely my drug and after having this first week down with trying to cut it out has been so hard but I know in the end it will be so worth it. Im so thankful to have my Aunt Linda L. Britt who calls me every morning to see how I did the day before and to encourage me that I can change my eating habits and get healthy. I didnt gain this weight overnight and Im sure not gonna loose it overnight but I know the end result will be worth all the sweat, tears, cravings and withdrawals I go through!
