I realize that I now look forward to hear about the daily report from Ethans teacher. Even if the report isnt great, it is a report. It has been NEVER that we have had this type of communication with his teachers. I know that many of you dont know how this feels. Most of you have an opportunity to converse with your child, to know who school was for them, to know where they might be struggling, to know who they sit with at lunch and who plays with them at recess and how awful lunch was that day. We have NEVER had that opportunity with Ethan. We do now. Todays report was good: Ethan had a good day. He didnt struggle staying awake today. He is talking a lot. We think we lost his hat. Even the report of losing his hat is good. Cause then we know. BTW, the hat wasnt lost, we didnt send him with one. Anyway, he comes home happy. He does his homework cooperatively. He is talking a lot more. He socializes with his family and others more. His teacher sends him home with organges and apples every day because she knows how much he likes fruit.
