I really annoys me that people who do not work in education seem to always slag off the teachers when the strike. I think you are very mis-guided as a lot of teacher actually start work at 7.30am and do you finish till 11pm, marking working work and preparing lessons. And it makes me laugh that when schools are shut parents do not actually moan about the fact their child is missing out on an education but the fact they have no childcare. Teacher and teaching staff are not FREE CHILDMINDERS and as for having a easy life I don not see the male population moaning about sportsmen and women who get paid ridiculous amounts of money for doing what of of us do for pleasure. i have done various jobs since leaving school, bar work, office work, shop work and work in a school and I know for a fact that that my job in a school was more demanding not only physically but mentally than my other jobs x
