I really believe this is the cause of the Malaysian aircraft dissapearnace, it is now known that the wiring harness in the Egyptian airliner was defected because it was NOT manufactured per the Boeing design. In addition, ALL 280 airplanes delivered to that point were found to have a defective non sheathed cable which energized and heated the co-pilots oxygen system causing the cockpit fire. Below is part of the FAA orders ordering all operators of B777 to correct this condition. It was ordered in 2012. Of course the Malaysian government and Boeing was everyone to believe foul play because it relieves them from liability.
