I really did not want to share this, as no one wants to be remembered this way. But I feel compelled to do so, for this is this is an example of the harsh reality that we face each day in Trinidad & Tobago. The innocent, and unarmed are shot and killed with no explanation. No rhyme or reason. We are snuffed out, and nothing is being done to protect us and our children. My heart breaks for the mother of this young man. One can only begin to imagine the pain and agony that she feels. You can hear it in her voice, and the idiot police officer has the gall to tell her; whoa whoa whoa, yuh see de excited thing!!! Is he foreal?? A plain clothes police officer can pull out his firearm, and just shoot a man who is walking along the sidewalk without asking him to stop and you have the nerve to tell his mother to tone it down?!? Steups.. I am so tired of this nonsense.
