I really do not care what the Ferguson Grand Jury decided. I dont - TopicsExpress

I really do not care what the Ferguson Grand Jury decided. I dont care one way or the other. If it had been a black cop and a white young man, what then. The law has spoken and everyone should respect the law. If you want to protest, you have the right to a peaceful protest. If the protest turns to violence then the organizer should be held accountable. Do we know who organized the nation wide protests. If there is property damage or deaths. These people should be charged with hate crimes and or domestic terrorism. No one has the right to kill, unless it to protect yourself, your family, your property or for your country. With that said I feel empathy for any parents loss of their child. I also understand the people of Ferguson had a right to be protected by the police and not to be looted and watch their town burn and threaten their peace, happiness and prosperity. The sad thing is these protest organizers or using people to cause civil unrest. It will not end as the people think. The only one that wins will be the organizer of these protests and the paid protesters. Life will go on and Ferguson will never be the same. If America is so bad for black people in America, you need to blame it on your own people and yourself. We are all being manipulated and are allowed to speak an opinion. We might not like the speech but we do need to hear each other out. Color does not make anyone better or lesser than the other. You can choose to go to school, college, work or sit back and collect government assistance. You can protest and get laws changed to protect someone like Mike Brown that at the age of 18 was shot down. It was not the fault of the town or country because the Grand Jury of 12 people of which 3 where black decided that his lack of respect and his continued attack of a police officer ended in his own death. The officers decision to shoot the young man can not be on my conscience, I was not there. Two wrongs does not make a right. Vengeance is mine says The Lord. Tell me what should or could have been done different. Burning down a town, killing and terrorizing people. What would or should have taken place. We have a lot to be thankful for this year. Thursday when we celebrate the day with food and family, maybe we could all ask each other what could have been done differently. What made the young man die that day and a nation be blamed. And above all who is behind this turning on each other and spewing hate. God please and Happy Thanksgiving to all those family and friends of my husband, Joe and myself.
