I really dont have the words. As former law enforcement official, - TopicsExpress

I really dont have the words. As former law enforcement official, while this isnt surprising its eye opening to how brazen theyve become over the years. When I first saw a snibet of this video,it appeared it was a poorly trained officer initiating a poor traffic stop and failing to give proper commands to the driver. Now, I see he rounds the corner (exactly why was he in that lot of an abandoned building) his eye catches a young black male exiting his car, he proceeded to back up, he blue lights him( Im assuming he blue lighted him) without cause, I never heard him call in the stop or call out his position and proceeds to a fire multiple shots at an unarmed citizen who hasnt been told why he was being stopped our detained (harassment). Ordered to get his license and when he attempted to obey the order he was shot. If the officer felt threatened, why do he break the safety of his cover and come towards the threat versus keeping the cover of the patrol car between him and the perceived threat?
