I really dont know what to write staring at this pad in the morning light Smoking my blunt just trying to start the day Tried every way, Im molded to this chair like clay. Cleaned the house and did the dishes, here I sit Like what I miss could just magically exist in front of me Lost in the abyss, the hole underneath Bree So many etchings sketched into this table The fables it could tell and the faces its seen It could probably tell me of days I consider dreams Most of these etched people are simply stories Boring little clips like deleted scenes in a movie One hit wonders that lived their fifteen minutes of glory Then theres those that come and go Highlight of your day, like your favorite TV show Leave you wondering when/if theyll return another season And what reason they brought to come back Bad intentions or maybe they lack the fun times And rhymes and dimes that get created at this table I dont know man but Im gonna label This quick freestyle spit through my pen About to end because I cant rest My hand and close friend Until Im done..... And I aint won so dont be stunned When I open my mun and verbal sun Rolls off my tongue like a revolution just begun Im in this for fun, not trying to run the rat race But the temptation is a ton because I got the ones The group of people to build a godly steeple I just gotta tie threads and hit the eye of the needle Then the lethal eagle will be set free But theyre scenes in my life And I cant quite time shit right Every story has a beginning, #teamGrimm is mine Its a slow start but wait until it falls in line Visualize your goals and you shall create it Not instantly, it takes something called motivation Never back down, never falter, never give up If you feel stuck, create another route No matter what ignore the doubts and hate Eventually youll be smiling overtop your golden plate Looking down from your cloud nine you created.
