I really enjoyed the Service on Sunday with James McShane. The topic was Energy and Ego, how the Ego wants to hide or Freeze Bad Experiences or Feelings so that it can continue to pretend that everything is a okay to the Real World, This does 2 things...Creates Karma and whenever you bump up against something that questions your Feelings there is a tendency for your Ego to drag you to that Frozen place where there is no pain (but no Love or Light either) The more painful the life experiences, the more time we spend in that Frozenstate, without any feeling............ not just the absence of pain. James reminded that there is Hope, that by directing Light at the Frozen areas of our lives (in other words by addressing those areas of difficulty, reviewing them and directing Light at them would reduce not only the frozen feelings but readjust our Karmic debt too...Very insightful James! I introduced a new song Today I`m Gonna try to change the World .......I can tell you I`m so impressed how quickly everyone picked it up, it was a pleasure to watch New faces as well as most welcome Regular attendees join together in song! It`s also a pleasure to see now 3 or 4 children on a regular basis since we have a professional child care attendant on hand to keep an eye and direct positive play. Children always brighten the Soul like Flowers in a Vase...... Just a reminder that we Have our AGM coming up next Sunday and I`m looking forward to seeing you there.
